Pubblic consultation on the Unified Patent Court

>From 8 May to 31 July 2015, the Preparatory Committee of the Unified Patent Court (TUB ) is launching a public consultation aimed at users on the proposal document that determines the cost of access to the new Court In particular the goal of the consultation is to understand whether it is preferable to establish single treatment for all subjects option 1 in the document or whether some categories of SMEs universities research centers non-profit entities benefit from preferential treatment Remember that Italy is among the 25 EU countries that have signed the Agreement for the establishment of the CBA in 2013.
