Patent court in Milan or not?

A few days before the meeting of the representatives of the EU countries, scheduled for 10 September next, to reassign the office that would have been in London for the unified patent court, Italy has not yet submitted its candidature.

Milan has always expressed its interest in hosting the third headquarters, but the political representatives have not yet followed up on the formalization of the candidature, which instead have already done in Paris (formerly the headquarters of the Central Court) and Amsterdam (formerly the headquarters of the Agency of the drug).

The risk, if Italy does not openly and formally manifest its candidature in good time, is the loss of an induced amount equal to at least 300 million euros per year.
