Germany: shoot a plate at the restaurant is illegal

In Germany, according to a recent judgment of the German Federal Court, photographing food at the restaurant and then post it on social networks (the so-called Food porn) could be feasible, since it is believed that the complex of the dish is protected by copyright.

This course is especially true if the shooting a plate is prepared by Chef or otherwise at prestigious restaurants.

We will see if Italy will join a similar choice.
