Tax incentives for negotiation and arbitration

Minister Orlando signed the decree for incentives for those who decide to choose a faster justice.

Who paid the parcel of an attorney who has successfully assisted in the negotiation or those who incurred costs for the achievement of an arbitration award may request that such payments are counted as a tax credit in the tax return next year.

The decree aims obviously to facilitate access to alternative rites than the ordinary justice. At the moment the money pledged amounted to 5 million euro.
