Judgement n. 4386 of 4th march 2015 - Supreme italian Court

According to this recent ruling, dated March 4 2015, the Supreme Italian Court has ruled that " the survey on the affinity of the products is based on the fact that the goods or products are researched and purchased by the public under the same reasons, such that the affinity functions between those products and related sectors leads the consumer to believe that they came from the same source of production".
