Unified patent court news

In the GU n. 60 of 12.3.2019 legislative decree n. 18 of 19 February 2019, with the implementation of the delegation referred to in Article 4 of the law of 25 October 2017, n. 163, for the adaptation, coordination and connection of national legislation to the provisions of Regulation (EU) no. 1257/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 17 December 2012, concerning the implementation of enhanced cooperation in the area of the creation of unitary patent protection, and the provisions of the Agreement on a unified patent court, ratified and rendered executive pursuant to the law of 3 November 2016, n. 214.

In this way, our country has effectively adapted the industrial property code to the changes resulting from adherence to the unitary patent protection.
