Chinese courts are officially opened

At the end of 2014 the Chinese courts for disputes concerning intellectual property have officially opened.

Along with the law for the protection of trademarks, this represents another step forward in order to ensure a more transparent and garantist system. This will enable international companies to have more guarantees and rules.

We don't have to forget that the project of the chinese courts is co-financed by the European Commission and by the OHIM.
