C E Trade mark counterfeited by chinese merchants

The CE Mark, that for many years (2006) provides products that reflect the standards of the European Community, has recently been copied by Chinese companies, which have sought to exploit the words European Union for their benefit, thus making it become the brand China exports EC.

The consumer is largely unaware of the difference, as you have to pay close attention to the words, in fact, that of Europe has a greater spacing between the two letters, which the Chinese did not.

The Court of Padua recently convicted of fraud a Chinese merchant who had used on products such illegal endorsement. The fraudulent use of fake brands from fact rise to a criminal offense.
