Under this agreement the two national offices, Italian Patent and Trademark office Mise (DGLC-UIBM) and the SIPO, have pledged to spread, to businesses and citizens, in their respective territories, awareness about counterfeiting and the proper tools of defense, to enable services for users and for SMEs to transfer the mutual knowledge on the latest developments in the field of industrial property and anti-counterfeiting.
This could be, undoubtedly, a good starting point to stop counterfeit products from China.
