Request of seizure for the new Tutor

After the ruling of the Court of Appeal of Rome which established the infringement of the patent used by Autostrade per l'Italia for the tutor system, the heads of Autostrade per l'Italia are again in the crosshairs of the judicial authority, following the request of seizure with which the exclusive licensee of the patent on which Tutor is based wants to verify that the new Sicve -pm system used by Autostrade is actually different. Mr. Patanè, a licensee, claims that the new system is not very different from the previous one.

The interests at stake are, as you can easily imagine, really very high.
